Sublimation is a method of printing that uses heat and ink to transfer a design permanently onto a material. In garment printing, the sublimation method uses polyester fabrics which melt down slightly to accommodate the ink - permanently fusing ink and fabric together as one. For all of our custom sublimation uniforms, our turnaround time is approximately 4-5 weeks all year round.
As all of our garment printing is completed in house, our turnaround time for digital heat printing is usually 1-2 weeks. However, if you have an earlier urgent deadline, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet this.

Our trophy and medal stock comes over from the East Coast. Due to this, please allow at least 2 weeks for production. As we complete all laser engraving in house, if we are engraving items we currently have in stock, we can have this ready for you within two days.

For each product, we have associated size charts to assist with sizing. We also have numerous sizing kits available for sports teams to borrow, to assist with determining the sizing requirements of the order. We have sizing kits for almost all uniform products available.
Absolutely. We have an in-house graphic design team specifically to help you out with this.
We waive any set up fees for all orders 50 pieces or more. For smaller orders, set up costs for printing, embroidery or artwork will range between approximately $45-$70.
We certainly can. We also produce custom drink bottles, custom stubby holders, custom stickers and custom socks. In addition, we distribute products from the following two suppliers; Promo Brands and Logo Line. Any product on their website we are able to brand for you.

We sure can. If you are able to bring in a sample of your existing design, we can match the colour to our colour chart. All pre-existing designs can be re-created in house by our graphic design team.
There are no minimum quantity requirements. However, price does vary considerably depending on the quantity ordered.
We ship Australia wide. For urgent orders which are time sensitive, we can express ship as per request.
At Mecca Sports, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint, hence our decision to use recycled materials in most of our products. Our ‘Intercool’ fabric used for all of our customised uniforms is derived from plastic water bottles. Not only does Intercool help to remove plastic waste from landfill, it also uses far less energy and resources to produce in comparison to traditional polyester.
